In 2021, Kia relaunched its brand and needed a premium website to match its new image.  We completely reimagined Kia.com, focusing on the UX, design, and content to level up the digital experience. The results: A 451% increase in homepage engagement. Kia.com secured the #1 spot in J.D. Power's rankings for automaker websites, quickly surpassing its previous position at #15.
As the main writer for Kia.com,  I continually update the site and lead copy creation for new vehicle launches to highlight the unique character of each vehicle and the brand as a whole. I also help conceptualize and update a variety of landing pages that highlight Kia's latest innovations, accolades, sustainability efforts, and diverse lineup. 
Model Experience Pages
Kia has 19 models, each with its own personality. Whether it's a badass performance powerhouse or a capable adventure companion, each model page needs to tell a story that leaves a lasting impression in a competitive market.  
New Vehicle Launches 
I've led the copy creation for all-new vehicle launches, including the all-electric EV9, Carnival Hybrid, and K4. This involves creating model experience pages that reflects the vehicle's unique positioning and personality and building anticipation on the homepage. The goal is to tell a consistent story across the site, generate widespread excitement, drive engagement, and position Kia's newest additions as top picks in the market.
All-new K4 Launch
The K4 is an affordable yet capable and refined sedan, set to hit the market in Summer 2024. We're highlighting its bold silhouette, luxurious interior, and sporty performance to attract an audience of go-getters and thrill-seekers.
