Epson had a wide range of product categories but inconsistent branding was making them feel disconnected. To elevate and unify their brand presence, we created a B2B style guide that established a clear visual identity, voice and tone, and overall brand positioning.
I played a central role, primarily focusing on reshaping Epson's brand tone and voice to align with their goals. Given Epson's leading status in the tech industry, our aim was to create an image of authority and expertise. We also emphasized a friendly, knowledgeable tone to ensure that all of Epson's communications were approachable, accessible, and inspiring.
As we began to implement the guide it came to life in a variety of different executions and mediums. We created unified branding in all new B2B Epson communications, including product brochures, web pages, and print advertisements.
